High Quality Schools in Easy Reach from Moreland Courts
Because Moreland Courts is centrally located and has convenient access to various modes of public transportation, its residents have easy access to a wide variety of schools from pre-kindergarten through college and graduate studies, including those listed below. If the school, public or private, is in Shaker Heights, door to door free bus service is provided by Shaker Heights for children in grades K-8. Older students can take the Rapid Transit to a stop near the school. Frequent bus service to University Circle also offers a 10-minute ride to Case Western Reserve University and various other institutions of higher learning located there.
Residents of Moreland Courts have the choice of sending their K-12 children to either the highly rated Shaker Heights public school system or a wide variety of independent and parochial schools. The Shaker Heights school bus takes K-8th grade students to the following schools and 9-12th graders can travel on the Rapid Transit in just a few minutes. (Note: While Moreland Courts is within the City of Cleveland, it is also in the Shaker Heights School District, not Cleveland School District.)
